1972/4/1
Using ¥300,000,000 in capital Wadayama seiki was established in Takaoda,Wadayama-cho, Asago, Hyogo.
1975/7/1
Capital was increased to ¥900,000,000.
1979/12/1
Started manufacturing of cemented carbide.
1990/7/1
Head office was moved to it's current location and vaccum heat treatment equipment was installed.
1992/1/1
Began development of cold parts former and cold press mold. design
1995/4/1
Capital was increased to ¥1,000,000,000.
1997/6/1
Kyoto business office was opened.
2001 - Present

Certified for ISO9001 (Renewal has been completed as required)
2006/3/1
Nagoya business office was opened.
2006/5/1
Kyoto factory was opened.
2010/10/1
Yasuo Nagata was appointed chairman and executive director
Yoshinori Nagata was appointed president.

Wadayama Seiki won Hyogo prefecture's Tajima "Shining to the world engineering" prize.
2012/3/1
Wadayam Seiki entered into a joint venture producing molds with Nagoya Tokushuko inc. in Karawang, Indonesia.
PT. Meitoku-Wadayama Idonesisa was established.
Ownership: Nagoya Tokushuko inc.(75%) and Wadayama Seiki (25%)
2013/2/1
The Wadayama No.2 coating factory was opened.

Oguchi Factory established in Niwa-Gun, Aichi Prefecture
2019
Established Kariya Sales Office
2021
Separated the coating division of the second factory.
Established Wadayama Coating Center Co., Ltd.

Tokai factory newly established
(Relocated from Oguchi factory)

N-tech Co., Ltd. (relocated)
Company name changed to Tokai Wadayama Co., Ltd.
